Is this a joke? Financial irregularities outside of P&S? what's the other financial umbrella? and now seemingly a late payment scheme deduction to be punished the season after? What is the window for a charge to be valid historically? Seeing as that shoebox full of cash that was in the safe at man utd (with Ferguson's name on it) was in relation to the Kanchelskis money (due to his move to us), can Everton be brought to book over that?

It's us, we can be found guilty of anything, I'm 100% convinced.
