Why City wont win the league this year - RS and to a lesser extent Arsenal did better business in the summer.

Probably would have been better off doing a Utd and getting one worldy in who goes into the eleven. All players you'd said there look like squad players (albeit bloody good ones) rather than starters for an elite side.

All looked pretty meh when they joined. Croat league to German league to Pep's City is an enormous change of scenery.
