Think the fact that Lauturo pots 30 a year over there is the biggest indictment on Beto and his 10 a season
Yup. A nothing player who has somehow made an excellent living by playing 3 yard backwards and sideways passes.Looks just as crap as he did for us. Hides behind an opposition player, and when he does receive the ball he just lays it back to where it came from.

I'll never forget when he signed and I saw a lot of Everton-leaning people glowingly posting about him and his stats (13-ish goals and 8 or 9 assists per season in a league where the top players, even in midfield, tend to do way better than that) and thinking, "Has anybody ever actually watched this guy?" because in the few times I did before that point, he'd never once looked like he had anything more about him than "guy who could have a decent enough career being a supporting player on a good team, or the main man on a really really bad team, in his own domestic league." Van de Beek looked like Zidane compared to him.And had an Everton manager who thought it a good idea to spunk 20m on him.
You know what, he looks the perfect modern day Everton player still. He can't run, he's not athletic, has no burst of pace, can't beat a man, is physically weak but once in a blue moon will score a decent goal to pad out the stats.
