The problem with the current system is what they’ve done is arguably the right thing to do: you come up, spend nothing and pocket 100m of tv money and a further 100m of parachute payments over the next three years. It rewards not even trying.

Parachute payments are massively flawed, you should not get three years worth after one year in the league.
