If that were truly the case Arsenal wouldn't have been within touching distance to take 2nd after one bad loss. There was never even a title race that season, Leicester never lost to open up an opportunity. They were relentless and fully deserved that title.

Unfortunately we are about 5 years from all pre-1992 football history being wiped from the records so something like that doesn't matter. It's a shame because the sport had the same rules and the league had the same structure but for whatever reason it doesn't count.
