If you go to ground and make any contact without playing the ball in the box, then I think that has to be a foul. It's an idiotic challenge and he did catch him. 99% of players go down there.

Definitely a dive. Watched 8 times and I have HD one. Absurd to give it. No contact whatsoever. I can just hope they dont call similar pen for RS tonight, it just ruins the game plans

Its annoying just because a player makes a risky challenge doesn't justify giving a pen - thats exactly how official's see the modern game and its a joke.
