..fine win for the Reds today, Watford is difficult place to visit. I know they’re not firing on all cylinders from an attacking perspective but they have improved defensively. Last season their challenge was built on attack, this time it might well be built on a solid defence.
as usual Eggs, you are accurate in your assessment/appraisal. We Evertonians have a lot to thank City for.

They've been genuinely poor for the most part of the season But still keep picking up wins which make them a threat for silverware.

I think we have to go there though with no fear and look at getting at them. They play a massive high line which if we are clever enough and cute enough with the ball, we certainly have players who can hurt them.

They may be 2nd in the league but we shouldn't be going their with any fear. A lot of new players in our first 11 now who don't know what it's like to be called serial bottlers and have a losing mentality.

Played well against Arsenal and the Mancs but got sod all out of it as we didn't take our chances. Didn't create much against Chelsea but were solid and earned a well deserved point, next step is picking up a win and no better time to do it than at the pit and pipe that lot right down

Would certainly throw the cat amongst the pigeons if we were to go there and get 3 points

I think we will.

..I certainly think we’re more suited to play against teams who don’t park the bus but the reality is it will be some achievement if we get anything next week. Saying that, I don’t fear the game like I normally do. In a way, I don’t mind playing them at this point.

Perfect time to play them eggs. Looks to me like we have some big personalities who will relish this type of game.

We have players who aren't afraid of the ball, we have players who are dangerous with the ball, we have players with pace, we have players to trouble them as much as they can trouble us.

We should be going their with our tails up after another win and a clean sheet against a really difficult opponent and hopefully everyone fit and ready to go.
