I have a feeling Spurs could be in this title race in a big way come the end of tomorrow's games.

If they beat City, which I think they are capable of now, they are right up there. They'll also soon be out of the CL and have their hands free to give the PL their all.

If City win tomnorrow, however, you may as well hand them the trophy, because they wont get many more stiffer tests than a Spurs team at home running into form.

Depends if Arsenal can keep this streak going

If they beat Liverpool then they're a genuine contender I think

Next five games for Arsenal look to be full of points for them. It includes Liverpool, but it'll be interesting to see Emery up against Klopp again - he completeley took him apart last time in that EL final. I expect at least a draw for Arsenal there, and the others, starting with Palace tomorrow, look nailed on 3 points.

If Arsenal can tighten the defence up they can go close. Not win it like. Maybe RU.

Who cares?

I live and breathe EFC and actually support the lads home and away so yes I take offence to some bloke half away across the world questioning my credentials.

Mate pump the breaks, your not even 1 million on GOT.

Watched them a few times Spurs and they have a bit of a hangover stench about them in the same way the RS have at times. Wouldn't be surprised to see City stick a couple past them.

Bournemouth are about to be on the end of a few spankings.

Their next PL games:

United H
Newcastle A
Arsenal H
City A
Huddersfield H
Liverpool H

Was going to say, Bournemouth’s fixtures have been very very soft so far. Their only remotely impressive win was at Watford, Chelsea and Arsenal beat them at a canter, and they’ve had a tremendous amount of luck. They can finish top half the way they’re playing but certainly not top 6.

I'd rather have teams that aren't awful to watch. They don't need to be Fulham levels of atrocious at the back but at least be like Wolves and not make my eyes bleed. Cardiff settled in nicely but that first 30 minutes today was seriously dire and Huddersfield only get points by time wasting and praying. Brighton, Watford, Swansea for a little while and others have come up and been able to play a bit. It makes the league better as a whole.

Warnock deserves nowt but relegation fir telling the world yesterday that it was “impossible” for his team to win today.

That is some message for his players to read.

Never seen a manager looking as happy after a 4-1 spanking as Warnock today, grinning all over the shop. No doubt he is throwing these games against the top 6 and concentrating on other games against bottom half sides. It's a sad indictment on the way football is today.

Southgate is basically getting credit for carrying out what Hoddle and Venables had him doing.

The qualifier against Italy away when he outsmarted (IIRC) Cesare Maldini was his managerial highpoint.

Sign of a good manager that, learning from others.

I thought it was piss poor. He'd lost all 4 games there without a goal before today so 1-4 he'll probably be happy with. Against a team who scraped past Huddersfield and Brighton.
