These type of scrappy, take the only good chance and cling on to it at the end games are the kind that City don't really have often and make them big favorites
They spent 12 on that Mounie last summer and he got off to a flyer before stinking the gaff out.
Think they followed that up by spending 20 on Kongolo, who is decent but not brilliant, so it's probably not far off 75m net as they get pittance in sales.
