Far be it from me to question Pep’s tactics but Bernardo is only effective half the time he is on the ball because he has no right foot and is easily shepherded into blind alleys when he is in the box.

His can such a fellow be played continually out wide on the right?

Every move slows up as he manoeuvres the ball on to his left foot.
