Are the goalies still doing weird things?

That’s my main memory of watching women’s footy.

It's actually the main reason I watch. Any ball aimed not exactly at them seems to cause them to glitch out like a computer game.

Just watched 20 mins of the women's FA Cup final, I've either just picked a terrible example of the women's game or it's utter turd, the quality is so so poor.

The ladies rugby is way worse.

Honestly I just can't get into it at all. Goalkeeping being a particular low point, any shot not directly at them is a goal.

I was thinking the same. I dont want to sound sexist, but in most sports, males and females "look" the same. Like the blokes would usually win in most, but Serena Williams doesnt look like she cant play tennis, or Paula Radcliffe doesnt look weird running.

But watching this FA cup final, it is just utterly poor. Not the actual match, but the actual basics.

Maybe thats the point of it. They aint trying to replicate bloke football, this is how they decide to play. If so, fair enough, but cant see it getting any real mainstream traction if so.
