He didn't get the touch - it was Firmino.

Firmino took the shot and Mane touched as it went past. And as Mane was in an offside position the correct decision is offside. Even if he hadn't touched it the correct decision would have been offside because of where he was stood when the ball was struck by Firmino. Plus the linesman and referee gave it as offside so no doubt about it.
