He didn't - the defender stopped playing and walked towards the ball. So he left his man unmarked.

A completely fair Leeds goal.

Well it was given so it was completely "fair".

However, Villa kicked the ball out for an injured Leeds player 5mins before this happened too.

That "rule" always been down to sportsmanship. So if one team does it and the other doesn't, you'd be rightly upset.

Hence why it was big thing for Bielsa to tell them to give them a goal.

They have been consumate professionals.

The fawning over the RS has been like the norovirus x10 from the media. Yet Pep clearly stated, the RS have won out. They have given us a challenge. We need to win out. Ignore the media and focus on each game.

Keegan cracked under the strain. The media are still going with the 'expect a twist' line.

I am utterly ashamed of the pro RS propaganda that is printed, radio broadcasted and awash on the tv and internet.

The RS are hated by any rational football fan. Surely the atmosphere at Old Trafford on Wednesday would have shown them all that.

'Strangely subdued' was the remit.

Absolute tosh.

Only a complete idiot who isn't indoctrinated by the cult would want them to win.

2 more league wins can end this sham.
Radio 5 live had Kevin Nolan (RS fan) and Stephen Warnock (ex player) as their summarisers for the Huddersfield game. It’s bad enough the bias on Sky, but as you say it extends to all media coverage.

Have to say, if Chelsea lose Hazard and they nor Arsenal or Man Utd improve much in the summer I'm starting to think they will be easily catchable by us/Wolves/Watford. I've not seen the 'top 6' look so weak for a long time.

Watford won't be up there again next season, not being disrespectful because I like them, but they've surely overachieved this season. If Deulofeu starts next season like he's finished this, he'll be gone in Jan. Perreyra has done nothing the second half of the season, two attackers having worldies for half a season is exactly like Newcastle when they had ba and the cisse just playing a level above when they finished 5th, cisse soon showed he was just getting lucky for a few months m

Watford might not be, but someone else like Newcastle or Leicester might, we just have to take care of ourselves, we should of walked 7th with this squad.

Yeah, we should have, but If you compare us to the defending around Christmas to 7 clean sheets in 9 games, four against top 6 teams in a row, we've come a long way already. We'll hopefully take another giant stride next summer and we will hopefully start leaving these one season wonder teams behind. Newcastle won't be near us again, that's for sure. They'll struggle next season I think.
