Yeah you look at the table and theres not a single manager below us I would have and I count 3 above us I would take.

Same here. Same with Silva if I am honest. Thing is, I am pretty sure Marco will do fine at L4. Would be surprised if the Marco/Brands axis of influence does not deliver.
