Following a feasibility study FIFA are looking at the possibility of expanding the Qatar World Cup in 2022 to 48 teams - a decision will be made in June.

More teams inevitably means lower quality with some very average teams looking to just limit the damage.

Attack vs defence or one sided borefests guaranteed.

Instead of having the boring qualifiers, which everyone hates, before the tournament starts and getting rid of the absolute dross, we're now inviting them all to the finals.

We could get Gibraltar, or even worse, Scotland qualifying.

All the skill and talent in the world Gerry, just needs time to develop into a player, up his fitness, which he has.

Of all the things Koeman did to this club, that is probably the worse, the lad loved this club and it's fans and he was driven out by a clueless manager.

I disagree seeing Germany lose to Mexico and South Korea in the World Cup was some of my most memorable highlights

Seeing shock results is great and I’m sure some of these smaller countries are capable of doing it
