Longevity matters to me and Cristiano has been one of the World's two best for over a decade. R9 was at that level for maybe 6 or 7 years. And they're both goal scorers so it's a pretty straight comparison and Cristiano is more prolific hands down. I don't think it's close. Maybe Brazilian Ronaldo was a prettier player but pretty isn't everything.

Oh for sure nobody has done it longer than CR7 or Messi and of course R9s career ended very early on, but for those few years, few have shone brighter for me.
