I didn't see the game, only heard what happened but if you were Kepa, you'd be absolutely fuming being substituted right at the end before penalties.
Obviously he should respect the manager's decision but I can totally understand him literally fighting the decision. If you've played 2 hours of football, you deserve to stay on and be given the chance to help win the game.
Even after this, I expect Kepa to be at Chelsea longer than Sarri.

Very dark times at Chelsea now.

It was fairly obvious when the likes or Terry and lampard were there that the players ran the dressing room not the manager.

But to see it in the pitch as well, the club may well be unsaveable at this point without a massive injection into the players to shift out that dressing room.

Sarri has to walk from that, no way he can have a career there if that's what you have to deal with.

Terry and Lampard actually won things though, more importantly they won things after they'd got managers sacked.

Again, from his decision to bring him off to the absolute meltdown when he wasn't brought off, it's clear the ref/player have overruled him.

Only thing more Sarri could do is walk on the pitch, chin him & drag him off.

He was asked by the ref if he wanted to take the keeper off it was then he should of insisted that he did, that is when he showed weakness by allowing the keeper to stay on.

He plays a team sport and his manager wanted to sub him for a more experienced keeper who has a very good record in shootouts - giving his team a better chacce of winning a trophy.
