If United beat Liverpool and Spurs beat Burnley at the weekend, the title is 100% in Spurs' hands.

Unbelievable? It's true.

They'd be two points behind City and Liverpool, all on 27 games played, and Spurs play both Liverpool and City before end of season.

Neutrals it stunk. The first half was dull and the second Spurs might as well have been playing Huddersfield.

Well technically it’d be in City’s hands because they’d be top, but I get your point.

I'd hardly use that as a benchmark. They've been dire for +- 5 games now (+- coinciding with losing Reus). Couldn't even manage to beat Nürnberg.

Ah, the old 'Whenever Spurs win it is only because the other team are rubbish' argument. Strange how everyone was predicting a tonking for us pre-match but post-match we only won because Dortmund are in a slump. Oh well, hopefully we will win a game on our own merit one of the days, I only hope i am there to see it.

Yep, i realised that. An RS defeat & we win the rest of our games this season & we will do the CL & PL double. QED. Obviously it will be tempered by the fact that we didn't actually win it but the RS & City lost it but que sera.

350/1 for the Spurs double. Easy money.

I have been sticking in a tenner a week since mid-Jan and have £50 on it so far. If we beat Burnley, get to the QFs of the CL and then win against Woolwich & the racists i will really start to believe! Will probably keep going (assuming we have a chance) till i have a ton on.

I am still hopeful that we will be in the new gaff this season although the cut-off point where we will have to throw in the towell must be close. In all fairness I know a fair few Spurs fans and might get myself over there for the game anyway, especially if there is someting big riding on it.

I don't think the team will pull theirs out of their pockets tbh, just send us a copy of the script and I'll have the lads read through it like at Liecester, full flip flops and sunnies mode.
