The Ajax player leaning against Courtois was interfering with play from an offside position. That’s why the goal was overturned. The goal scorer was fine.

The header that goes into the net the player standing in front of Courtois and blocking him is offside. It's the right decision but unfortunate because the block on Courtois did nothing as he wasn't getting to the ball regardless.
