The argument for the 2nd one would be that Lamela didn't really play the ball at all. He was 100 percent playing for a penalty there and threw himself in front of Van Dijk. Clever nonetheless as it won them a draw
 
To be fair, ref has talked to the lino who says if Lovren hasnt touched the ball then Kanes offside. Both agreed Lovern did, ref says its a peno.

No need for VAR if that's how it can be sorted IMO.
