Wales look like they have to win.. not enough points in the runners-up table. RoI obviously have to win anyway.. so draw is no use to either.

England really are poor, and to be honest I don't really think it was a penalty. Both players went in high for the same ball and kicked each other's foot. It was just that Alli's dive was the more convincing, horrible man

France 7-16 Now or 8-19 if they finish 2nd with Belarus last

B Swiss or Portugal
Swiss 21 pts (losing to Portugal) or Portugal 18 or 19

D Wales 7-11 GD +2 add 1 or 3 points for not losing to RoI or Serbia 7-12 or 13 if they fall to 2nd place.
RoI need to win for 2nd so 8-13 Final

E Denmark 8-14 complete

F Slovakia 8-12 +5 GD complete

G Italy 7-14 to play Albania

H Greece 8–13 with Gibraltar to play
or Bosnia 7-8 need to win and Greece fail (unlikely)

I Croatia 7-11 so 8-12 or 14 with no loss to Ukraine
Ukraine 8-14 as must win
Iceland 8-16 if they fall to 2nd

So bottom line is Wales must win unless Greece fail against Gibraltar. This was pretty much why Bosnia’s loss to Belgium was a big loss to Wales.

H Greece 13 - barring a failure to beat Gibraltar (Bosnia unlikely to pass but would be eliminated) - If that happens and B&H win their last game all the rest is unimportant..They will finish last on 11 pts.


I Croatia/Ukraine/Iceland 12-16
D Wales/RoI/Serbia 12-14
F Slovenia 12 (+5)

This means that Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden (barring a 7 goal drubbing), France, Northern Ireland, Greece (barring a disaster), Iceland and either Croatia or Ukraine and Serbia are definitely in the finals or the play offs..

The final play off decision (whether they qualify for that) is between Wales (needing to win) or RoI (must win). Croatia would fail with a draw if Wales win as they then fall below Slovenia. So a Wales-RoI draw gets Slovenia into the play offs as would a Croatia/Ukraine draw. Slovenia fall to the bottom of the pile if Croatia/Ukraine finish 2nd and that game ends with Ukraine or Croatia winning (whatever happens in the Iceland game) and also Wales/RoI ends in a win. The only way they sneak in is if either of Ukraine/Croatia or Wales/RoI ends in a draw.
