..I do, Matey. I think that was the season they had a valid goal disallowed against us at their place.
You're spot on.
Bolton's first game or televised game at the Reebok, ball beat Southall and hit joint of crossbar and upright and fell behind the line.
That final game at home against Coventry was eventful though. The Farrelly goal, Barmby missing a penalty then Dublin equalising. All whilst watching Chelsea v Bolton and the Blues fans booing when Vialli scored.
That day we had RS luck.

They go on about Robertson being the new Maldini (most handsome Italian ever) yet he's being given the run around by Moses.
Alright going forward but can’t defend, I hope RM target him.

Southall was disembowelled a couple of seconds before that, which the ref missed. Justice. And as Woy said yesterday after Palace beat Stoke, you don't get relegated on one game, you get relegated over a whole season's performances...

Whilst true, the incidents/luck/other games on the same day do leave a resonance long after a disputed penalty in August is forgotten.

How we stayed up that season remains a mystery - that game was horrifying, and the utter shoeing that Arsenal gave us the week before was even worse.

Aside from the comedy of the Goodison derby that season had nothing to recommend it whatsoever.
