I think most of their players have. The way they play is so simple, but really effective. Work hard, play a high tempo and have players make runs.

Then compare that to how we play and it becomes evident why they'll probably rip us apart in the derby.

There are clearly still some weaknesses, for instancd their defending is very shakey and (a bit like Spurs) you wonder how they can keep the high tempo going throughout a grueling season.

But the football (if you can forget who is playing it) is enjoyable to watch, he seems able to motivate the players, he tries youngsters and he seems to care about the club - all of which we currently lack

See the way the RS bounce back from a defeat. Its not something we generally do. We seemed to have to go on a run of defeats and draws first before we reverse the trend. I mean, it is allowed to win the week after a defeat!!
