Very fair summary of the Palace v Arsenal game. Souare's best game by some distance. Wardy usually better defensively.

Watching the Football League show on repeat on one of the 5 channels and they've just had Portsmouth beating Plymouth just thought I loved going to Fratton Park, ramshackle piece of crap stadium compared to all the new Stadiums and cold as the Britannia in the winter but it was a proper stadium.

Nice to see them doing alright(relatively) even if we won't be seeing them in the top flight any time soon. Another fine mess Harry-the dog ate my tax forms-Redknapp helped create.

So Ruud Gullitt watched the game till the 75th min. Once Arteta came on we controlled the game,only got threatened on corners which were dealt with and had a few counterattacks.

Playing the ball out from defence is risky but unless its the 90thmin hoofing the ball just invites the opposition back on to you. Good player Gullitt,but crap pundit.

Went to La Romareda this evening to see Real Zaragoza spank Real Sociedad 3-0. You wouldn't believe that they (Zaragoza) are in the division below, Moyes has really got his work cut out getting La Real ready for the new season.

Unless they get all their best players poached in Jan Palace is top 10 easy. Yea they'll sit back at times but are fearless on the counter. They are going to give us fits again this season.
