Our last semi final was 2012 (3 years ago) and our last league cup sf was 2008 (7 years ago), with one other fa sf in between.

4 in seven years isn't that rare.

For a team who was finishing in the league positions we were, 2 in 7 is not exactly great

Yep that will suit us to counter attack those beauts all over the place. If we get them so what, would rather be in the semi final against them than not at all and though I'd love an easy passage through to the final if it's meant to be it's meant to be ( as long as Phil Dowd refs both matches of course )
