Anyway, this gegenpressing thing won't work with a set of players with 0 creativity or a decent engine on them. In fact, Southampton are doing pretty much the same thing twice as effectively, just because they have yarddogs with technique, rather than just yarddogs. I can see it working out for Klopp, but he'd have to spend a lot on good players - in Dortmund he had a lot of exceptionally gifted players and a few very good strikers to go with that style - in Liverpool he has literally 0 of those things, with the exception of Coutinho who fits in quite well, which is very obvious. Benteke won't be Lewandowski, Lallana won't be like Reus and so on. I can see him actually going for Reus in Jan/summer anyway...
