I find it perplexing that people think Guardiola will leave Bayern for Chelsea any time soon, not at least during this season. It's a big no-no.

He has built an immense side in München which is dominating the Bundesliga, but he's still to impose his side on the CL. That's got to be his aim.

Until that goal is complete I cannot see him leaving. He'd also need a lot of time and money to mould Chelsea into a team that suits his style.

It may be a big challenge, but I think he's savvy enough to understand that it may be a step too far; or at least at the moment.
