Would love another thrashing of someone, but I just do not think we are clinical or tenacious enough. We don't build up enough momentum.
Overall though, is it just me or are there far more high-scoring games in the Premier League these days? Seems to be far more goals.
There's always been the occasional rout in each season of some lowly minnow, but scoring rates seem much higher even against reasonable teams.
Statistics will probably say otherwise I presume; I'm just going off my gut feeling.
