Just got back from Union Berlin against Furth. Union lost, thanks to the referee from where I was stood, but it was nice that both sets of fans unfurled banners telling Bild where to go. Would love for that to happen at our football with regards to The Sun.

The atmosphere was phenomenal though.

I also learnt that Germans say 'Union' in a similar way to how we say 'onion'.

I don't unfortunately, I've just been in Germany since Monday and Berlin since Wednesday going to various matches. I'm going to Hertha on Tuesday night!

Back in the day, when all the teams played 3pm on a Saturday, you could get the Pink (Football) Echo all over Merseyside around 6pm together with the league tables.. I remember those tables wondering if Chelsea or City were going to fall off the bottom of the page (and wishing it was Liverpool). Still, I guess someone on RAWK will rush out the early edition of the Alternative Premier League Table before long.
