It's rare that SKY are the "good guys" but I can honestly say that I've had close to 12 years great service from them. I've had BT for a couple of years and have have had roughly triple the issues I've had with SKY since 2003

Channel on virgin is 548 and called BTSFree, I haven't got an aerial in ours bus assume if you rescan your freeview box you'll get it. Roma v barca on there tonight.
