Have to see how he does a year on...Roberto didn't do too bad here his first year. I just saw him as a more steady progression away from Moyes' blandness. Taking on Roberto was a complete 180, so it was going to have its pains.
I can't see it. They are pretty solid defensively but Rooney is past it. Too rich and too fat to make an impact on any game against decent opposition. They should put an elderly prostitute behind the goal and he might move towards it a bit quicker. The tactical turtle is a fraud, he's got them playing like a rich Wimbledon. Plan B is hoof it to afro and elbows up front. Turgid, boring and predictable.
