Sometimes I wonder why we bother.....i mean the officials do everything in their power to make sure the likes of Liverpool win....its damn near impossible to break into the top 4 when the refs are so corrupt (and it is corruption, if it was incompetence it would atleast even itself out.....tonight every decision went Liverpool's way)...

There's no other sport in the world that would put up with consistently controversial outcomes to the results....
Other than goal line technology it is a major sport that does not review decisions even if they restricted it to five yards outside each penalty area with three claims as in cricket- it's a joke, when FIFA known for corruption are anti technology in the modern game!

I thought he's been terrible first two games. As anticipated, take him away from the flanks where he should be and he's not suited to playing that cm role he thinks he is suited to.

Long may he get his own way. That'll screw them right up.

Thing is mate they were all saying he was superb against Stoke ( well my Kopite mates were ). Only 2 games in for sure but it's blatantly obvious that if we can just squeeze in the 2-3 players we need before the window closes, I'm confident that we would finish a good 6-8 points clear if them. They look like Utd, players bought for the sake of it but little cohesion or a plan in what they want.

Basically, no identity

That win was always on the cards, so lets look at the positives. They've spent another small fortune and are still gash, relying on cheating, shirt pulling and dodgy decisions to get a result. Secondly, another disgruntled bunch of fans are welcomed into the church of loathing Satan F.C.

3 points in the derby. I am assured of this.

The refs and liners are petrified of giving a 'wrong' decision when the top 4 plus LFC play. If the RS lose then the fume is unbearable and the refs and liners fear they will be in the firing line. You don't need brown bags filled with money for there to be corruption. The Premier league has some of the worse refs and liners in the world, who blatantly favour the top 4 and LFC.

Its not just Fifa....uefa, The Premier league, and the media have no interest in fair play in the game.....its all about making money, which means having the big clubs win....Liverpool have a huge fanbase worldwide, so they make a lot of people a lot of money, so the refs will always favour them (and alot of the time its because of the pressure the media puts on them)....

I like Milner, he's a decent player and signing - but he's always been played fleetingly at City and it wasn't just because he was the dull English lad and the superstars got in ahead of him. He just isn't that great.

I'd be made up if the derby were this weekend. Even the players we have now would sort that lot out. Early days but I'm shocked at how pony they are after spending another kings ransom. They really are laughable.

Arsenal and Liverpool gifted three points by the officials. Teams who have spent millions less than them getting shafted by bent officials week after week yet the kopite media will not say anything about 'the greatest league in the world'

You have to,wonder it's just no coincidence, that the so called big six Get the major decision Arsenal should have been down to ten men yesterday!

Agreed mate. I'm a big fan of Milner, not for 150k a week like but I like him. But they've spunked some dollar and I can't see a difference me

They were poor last season - finished ahead of us. They are poor this season - ahead of us. I'd love us to finish above them again but we seem to be incapable of it.

Nothing to wonder about mate. The Premier League gets its sales in tv contracts by hawking around the clubs who flog the most gear around the globe and they dont want any of them to fail.

The refs know this and also know which side their bread is buttered on. The fact that no one at all sits in judgement of this refs association (a business venture pure and simple) and they police themselves is a sick joke.

...and if they do they'll still finish outside the top four having spent about £60M more than us. Some hollow victory for them that'd be.
