I think Garber has a point about MLS players. With the exception of Bradley (Dempsey is past his prime) almost every one of MLS guys have improved over the past few years while most of the Euro ones have stagnated/regressed. That doesn’t mean I don’t want a player like Yeldin going to Europe but I think its probably better for his development for him to stay at MLS until around say 23 years old.

I'd rather have our players in MLS than I would in the Netherlands or Austria.

Losing count of the crazy results in the Euro Qualifiers - Portugal losing at home to Albania, Germany's scores - now Portugal being held at home by Armenia (correction smarty a..e has just scored)...

England would have a real chance of winning the competition if only the group leaders qualified - imagine Iceland, Wales, Poland, Croatia, England, Northern Ireland, Austria and Slovakia!!

i have got every single bet wrong tonight except poland!

went for sco-ire draw, greece, finland and draw between serbia and danes.

every single one i thought would win but decided not to risk have actually won.

I'd rather not spend friendlies playing 33 year old CDMs at CB, regardless of how well they slot in. Jones is not the future at CB for us and our defense is poor enough that we should be actively working on bringing in the next generation.
