The FA are an incompetent bunch of tossers at the best of times but this takes the biscuit.

My interest in this is because Dulwich Hamlets are the nearest non-league team to me and I go from time to time and was looking forward to the play-offs. If promoted it would be their 2nd in 3yrs but this screw up is holding up the play-offs.
