Yep, they're going to have to play midfielders and Coloccini in a back 4, not what they need at the moment.

Tbh Newcastle are meant to have a fairly decent academy, Pardew played quite a few of them in the league cup match away at City and they embarrassed City's first team.

Might have been a good idea for Carver to introduce a few more of them a little earlier to give some of his older players a kick up the arse, Colback and Krul are the only ones who have looked bothered the oast few weeks.
