i was trying to look for crespo's goal when he pretended to tie his shoelaces off the pitch then ran on and scored after a poor backpass.

no footage anywhere :(
Wasnt it this goal were the ref never waved him on after he did his laces, came on offside and scored the goal

Bale scores 1-0 Madrid, been an entertaining game, with Granada playing a full part in it up to that point.

2-0 Ronaldo, he's smiling.

3-0 Ronaldo, now ahead of Messi.

4-0 Ronaldo, first half hat trick. Straight through the keeper

but leaves to interpretation what constitutes as involvement. seeing the replay it's just bad defending because they don't look behind and get put off by him. but in other instances i see defenders and they have to make a snap judgement, they can't leave it thinking the striker is offside just in case they're wrong so in that split moment they make a rash clearance and the team score. i just don't trust that officials have this in mind when thinking about interference.

you see something like this every week where people will have different views, just go back to the old law imo, it was simple. i don't believe it was a stupid law, if players are too lazy to get back onside then silly offsides should be given to make them learn.

You're involved if you attempt to play the ball, or are blocking the keepers line of site. There's not really any interpretation there, you either are or you aren't.

If defenders haven't got used to the rule by now and make an arse of a clearance it's their fault really.

The law was changed because perfectly good goals were being disallowed cause a player making no difference to anything was given offside, surely you want more goals and excitement in games?

Yeah there is confusion at times but people should understand the rules by now really.

RAWK:

in their desperation to see a path back to a CL spot they're going match by match over United's remaining fixtures, with United having to visit us as one of the games they think United will falter in....that's the Everton they've been taking the piss out of for the past 6 months like.

Any port in a storm eh lads? Lol.

It will also be our fault they don't get in the EL if we lose, as we'd be laying down for Utd just to spite them...
