I've never been to Hull...what's it like?
Dire. Absolutely dire... and I've been to some real hell holes both in the UK and abroad. The stadium isn't too bad though I guess.

Humberside Police aren't the friendliest either when it comes to fans from certain areas. Complete escort right out of the county post match.

As others have mentioned, at least their are some real poor teams this season. Hull and Leicester are going down; we shouldn't be the third.

hull's squad should be way too good to go down when you look at some of the players' names on paper. decent keeper, diame, gaston, abel hernandez, ben arfa ( left now of course), ince, huddleston and livermore are solid enough in the centre midfield and davies and chester are both solid for a central defence as well.

would say jelavic is probably mid-table level as well rather than relegation fodder.

A couple of those players have been earmarked as good enough players, or at least having potential. The reality is a little different though.

Gaston Ramírez has never really shone in the league. Ben Arfa is a tit. Huddlestone is okay, but inconsistent. Ince is not worth a carrot.

Jelavic needs time and service which he isn't going to get at Hull. Abel Hernandez may have shone in Seria A, but he's looked lacklustre.

Defensively they're okay, but playing three at the back doesn't suit them. Relatively good players on paper or at first glance, but not a good team.

They've spent money but I do not think they've got the players for a dogfight. Arguably, they've lost what they had actually got good at.

yeah they're all a bit inconsistant which is the problem. all players who you would expect would just go on a run and single handedly beat prem teams left right and centre as well - which constitutes as mid-table for me. i wouldn't say that squad is any worse than a stoke for example.

Stoke have a pretty strong level of consistency with regards to their squad. They've added, but the core of the squad has built a level of unity.

They also have a number of yard dogs in their squad, who'll fight and kick for the ball. They may play some better football, but they're still rough.

It isn't always the players that you have, rather how you play them. That's what has worried me about ourselves this year...

Manure look like they may turn Leicester over which isn't a bad result for us. Spuds are helping us either against West Brom.

Burnley are losing 2-0 as well. QPR losing by the same scoreline. Is this turning out to be a good day for us?

I would, too, I just think that this season he has been very flukey with his goals and when they've been scored. Very similar to Yaya Toure last season for Man City.

i think his goals have been very superb, spurs have been flukey that he keeps digging them out wins out of games they deserve to lose, almost carbon copy of bale in his last season there. not flukey they have a great player mind.
