....was at that game, Villa Park. Last, last minute. Only a kid then, City fan said "never mind son you will have plenty of good times supporting Everton". He wasn't wrong but I have seen the bad times as well.

Terrible M6 traffic that day. Missed first half hour. We were hot favourites but played badly.

Apparently the ref didn't see what Ronaldo did as violent conduct so he could end up with just one game ban. If he does get away with it, Barca and Atletico should go absolutely mental.

The lower teams did the Beeb and BT and the FA a huge favour yesterday and brought back the magic.

I can see our game going W,L or D. Just hope we've been forewarned and take them seriously.

The Bristol city spammers game should be worth a watch. Some gooner interest on both sides (Emanuel-thomas, Song and Jenkinson).

Watch out for Jay Emanuel Thomas, he came out of our academy in the same year as Wilshere,Coquelin,Bartley(the one that got sent off for the Jacks yesterday) Frimpong, and the current Afc Wimbledon keeper, James Shea who did brilliantly against the RS in the last round.
