Like last time when they got a goal from a set-piece to open the scoring and then we fell apart.

we did the opposite at the pit tbh, but yeah just don't give the 2 that much space to run into so just park it, just need to not concede 3 set pieces this time man. Still they don't look as good without the rat. Only worry is sterling vs baines for pace and bobby will want us to press high, can't f'ing wait for it though, nice to see some injuries for them today though

city weren't that impressive for me - but then again, their whole squad was at the WC whereas only about 5/6 players from liverpool's squad were playing.

people think we have issues with fitness - liverpool were even more embarrassing based on their spendings - not a whole lot of talent they've bought there it seems.

just seems they have sterling and sturridge and that's it - i laughed at a guy in work for picking two liverpool defenders in his fantasy team.

Rodgers is hilarious, first 40 mins was all that mattered apparently. Can't ever hold his hands up for anything. Liverpool literally have no game plan if they concede first, no clue whatsoever. Their whole game is reliant on early set piece goal followed by every man behind the ball and Gerrard launching long ball counter attacks. When this cant happen they have nothing.
