McCoist is too shirt term and that's now costing him

If he'd started properly pushing the younger players than relying on journeymen, he'd have a much better team

He had a team of older players and inexperienced younger players

Hearts had a team of young lads who had faced a trial by fire in the Premier last season. They're hungry, with a point to prove. Rangers youngsters are afraid to making a mistake
