Dowman is the first hyped English player to actually take notice of tbh. He’s not nearly as accomplished as the hype train will have you believe based on their early giddiness but no question this kid is a cut above anything I’ve seen in England before
Looks like he came from La Masia, very much a fluid and natural attacking player who is already 1m80 at 15 so his frame could increase still to 1.85 or so. Looks like a great competitive engine as well. Will he be a winger or a midfielder? Will/can he combine well with Saka? Curious to see how Arteta may consider him already since, tbf he has yet to play in a senior match in the Premiership - a friendly, even against another Premier League club is where you experiment and Premier League technically doesn’t permit U16 players in a match day squad (He turns 16 in December)
But he looks ready to me which for us is par for the course but bizarre in England, he’s that good IMHO
