Still can't understand how Wirtz cost like 115m pounds. He's clearly a decent player and neat and tidy on the ball, but you can find that type of player for almost 100m less.

The player that played for Bayer Leverkusen, you ain't finding a player like that for cheap, he was a standout player in the league far more than the likes of Kane imo, Wirtz looked like he had the full package. Clearly he is not quite settled but then neither is Isak or Kerkez and they came from clubs with plenty PL experience. I know its fun watching them struggle but saying he is a poor player which some of our fans have is just bs imo,

I honestly don't watch any Bundesliga so didn't really know much about him. All I can say is that I've not been impressed by him at all so far this season and think he's looked poor. I also saw him live for Germany the other week and he wasn't involved in the game at all.

You can find neat and tidy midfielders of PL calibre standard for a lot less than 115m.
