Did you watch it, mate? Was he as bad as the rating suggests?

Gyökeres is a weird one for me. His goal to game ratio at Sporting is immense, and can't be downplayed, and he was decent at Coventry too.

But I just have this feeling that certain leagues are his ceiling, and he'll struggle in the PL with the pace, the defences and all the expectations.

He was poor. Maybe trying to hard? Can't really judge on one game. That said we could have won 4-0 and it wouldn't have flattered us. Woolwich probably haven't got up to speed yet to be fair to them.

To me he’s always looked like someone with average technical ability but superhuman physical attributes which will only get you so far. Think he’ll do fairly well but nowhere near prolific. Class defenders will know what to do with him.
