Arsenal block defenders on attacking set plays. So for that to be a foul is ludicrous.

Raya isnt a defender and he wasnt blocked, he was intefered with whilst coming to claim the ball

The shirt pull on the goalkeeper by Todibo was also a foul (maybe even more of a foul) but looks like VAR didn’t look at that.
