To me he seems like someone who would get into a rage with players but the problem is just that nobody would take him seriously

That's actually probably more realistic than Chelsea fans would like to admit. There's some talent in their team, however there's no unity or cohesion.
If you believe what previous managers et al. have said, the coach doesn't always choose who starts in the XI, let alone who they buy for that squad.
Purchases have been more like a spread bet.
