Tough tbh, they can wipe it on their arms or wear a long sleeve strip imo, they are getting a shower/bath after the game anyway or can wash at halftime if they are massive hygiene freaks.

Its possible I guess, the players already wear those sports bra type things under their shirts which have a USB sized device in them recording a load of data. I'm sure the tech heads can mod it to do a few other things.
