I know, I watched The Overlap, the point still stands. Zero coaching experience, now a coach for one of the largest clubs in the world who are a mess.

Like i've said:

It’s completely standard for clubs to bring in players as coaches when an interim manager, especially one who’s also a former player, is in charge.

He's probably got some of his coaching badges given he's now 38, does every coach need to start of as a 'kit man' (as Keane put it) or 'work with the u12s'??? Bit condescending and hypocritical no?
