Do you walk out of a pub if the RS game is on the telly? I know when I’m out with the lads and we’re a good mix of RS and toffees, I have to leave them for 90+ mins when we’re out if the RS match is on the box.

Some of us live with RS fans - if they want to watch it, then I will watch it, cos I’m mad like that.

Did you watch the Man City - Wolves game earlier in the day - bit weird that innit?

Did you watch the spurs wham game on Saturday - fruitloop you mate.

How about the Bournemouth - Arsenal game Saturday night - nutcase watching that.

Some of us can watch football matches whenever and whoever is playing, as we are football fans last time I checked.

I’ll watch foreign games and have started watching some WSL matches, including the RS women, so I clearly need certifying.

The weird thing is people saying they don’t watch RS or any other matches.

You make a very good point. I usually watch the RS when they play a decent team in the hope that they get beat and to see salty kopite tears . Unfortunately I am usually disappointed.

I think I'd draw the line at watching the RS in a pub in a mixed group. That would be intolerable

I am often the same, far too frequently disappointed.

I suppose it depends on who you are with in the mixed group and where you are watching it. I wouldn’t thank you for stopping by the sandon for example!

I’ve been mates with the lads I mention since infant school, and in the main they are sound people (apart from the team they follow!) so it isn’t too bad watching the rs with them, plus there’s a few other bluenoses to speak to if they get to much.

My best mate is a kopite and I’ve been out with just me and him and vice versa, when both teams have played separately, and it’s been sound.

God knows how they beat the RS. Although a RS defeat is always welcome it doesn’t help when it is against a team you would hope to be scrapping against relegation

I thought you could not be offside from a corner kick as he was yards offside - he was not in line with the keeper when Stones headed the ball - keeper should have saved that straight at him imo ...

You can't be offside from a corner because the ball is always technically played backwards.
