So Carragher would have given the second incident as a penalty, well surprise surprise.
The commentators hear the dialogue between the referee, linesman and VAR - or at least the referee and VAR. Why that isn't publicised is beyond me.
At the rugby, you can buy a radio and listen to the discussion during the Six Nations, and it makes it a far better experience all around.
