Remember the mythical “thicker lines”? What happened to that?

It honestly drives me up the wall. It kills the enjoyment of the sport, it absolutely ruined the Tarkowski moment for me. Even though it was given I just ended up more furious that they tried to disallow it than anything.

What frequently kills me is how much easier it could be made. Clear and obvious = 30sec max reviews.

The absolute unwillingness to accept it is unfit for purpose is maddening.

Im all for them changing the rules every year for VAR offside, so this year its your foot has to behind their foot, next year it's your head, year after that it's your torso, then it's your shoulders.

It's already so ridiculous they might as well make it funny watching strikers bend themselves in half to be "onside"

That or just take the chip that tells them the ball is over the goal line, sew it into the chest of every shirt and get an offside decision in 0.04 seconds. But hey what do I know.

He is extremely popular with the fan base. Good tactician, good coach and a modest character.
